Hoyt has absolutely loved preschool this year; and we have loved his teacher Mrs. Steven's. He has learned so much and is ready to start kindergarten in the fall. We can't believe that this boy is already old enough to start "real school"! His graduation program was pretty darn cute, with lots of songs, individual speaking parts and some silliness too!
During the spring and summer months Ryon is gone quite a bit for work (who am I kidding - he is gone most of the time)! This leaves the boys and I home by ourselves a lot. This last week we went to Artic Circle for dinner and the boys had a great time playing in the play area. When Ryon is away it helps to get out of the house, especially in the evening when the boys seem to be especially restless!
One of the moms from preschool volunteered to take pictures of Hoyt's preschool class. The pictures turned out darling, and I am so glad she took them. Hoyt has loved preschool this year and is so ready to go to school everyday! He is such a smart boy and loves to learn. One of the preschool pictures has each child holding up a chalkboard with what they want to do when they grow up written on it. Hoyt said he wanted to be a farmer, "just like his dad"! That's our boy - always wanting to do whatever dad is doing!!
Ryon and I just got i-phones about a month ago - we were a little later than most, but I am just happy that I have one. It is great for taking pictures when I am out and about with the kids and don't want to carry around my huge camera. Here are a few pictures of our handsome little Jetty that I took with my i-phone camera. He's just about 2 1/2 now and getting bigger and smarter and cuter by the day!!
