I wanted to start a new Murray Family Tradition this year by taking treats and caroling to a few of our friends for Family Home Evening. Good idea in theory, but the night we went it was pouring rain...pretty darn COLD...Ryon and Hoyt stayed in the car the vast majority of the time...and I slipped and fell on some ice getting out of the car and ended up soaked!
Let's just say the night didn't go exactly as I had planned. However, there is always next year and since this is our new family tradition (sorry Ryon! He's not so sure about the singing part!) we'll definitely be doing it again in 2010!
Hoyt loved helping me make the treats. His favorite thing to do these days is pull a chair over to the island and help me STIR whatever I am baking.

With some of our favorite people... the Castiblancos!. They tried to get Ryon to sing a solo, but he just wouldn't do it. Maybe next year! (Ryon's taking the picture - thanks babe!)
