Oh...the boys had been counting down the days to Disneyland! Hoyt, especially, was so excited to ride on all of the rides, swim at the pool in the hotel, and fly on the airplane. The boys were great on the plane ride from Salt Lake to LA, but the drive from the airport to our hotel was a bit rough. Jett was beyond tired and cried the entire hour and a half that it took us to get to the hotel due to traffic. However, once we were out of the car everyone's spirits lifted. The boys and I headed down to the pool to swim with cousins and plan for our next day at Disneyland.
Our first day at Disneyland was lots of fun! Jett enjoyed all of the "little people" rides, but his favorite was the carousel. (Of course, Ryon said we could have stayed in Twin Falls to ride a carousel!) Hoyt's favorite of the day, and overall, was Star Wars. He loved it! One of the best parts was at Disneyland with cousins, aunts and uncles, and grandma and grandpa Hoyt. Lots of people to "pal" around with. We ended the night watching fireworks and taking two very tired boys back to the hotel. It was a big day!
